I work with people who want to transform their anxiety, stress, and sense of something missing in their lives.
The work I do is a holistic, trauma-informed approach based on elements of touch, breath, movement, inquiry, and meditation. The core of the therapy process happens through the body, not the mind – allowing one to step out of thinking and discover inner peace.
Through this process, you will find inner peace and self-acceptance, by releasing trauma that is stored in the body.
I hope to meet you soon,
I am offering individual sessions that are based on elements of touch, breath, movement, inquiry, and meditation. The approach which I am offering comes from trauma-informed therapies, and the most common areas in which I am supporting clients are:
Stress and anxiety
Chronic pain (lower back, neck, shoulder, stomach, head, jaws...)
Trauma (shock and developmental)
Below you can find more information about individual sessions, or book a free Inquiry session, during which we will explore a topic you would like to work with during your therapy process. That exploration aims to give you new insights, relief, and a sense of what the work with me looks like.
I recommend working in a series of sessions happening every 1 or 2 weeks. Over time your body can learn new ways of responding to life and release old tensions and behavioral patterns. Clients who commit to regular sessions over the period of 2 months experience a reduction of anxiety and pain, better sleep, and become more joyful about the life they have.

Sessions with Mateusz allowed me to sink into the body and tune into its needs and natural impulses. While the process was organically unfolding I could release physical tensions, and feel into their emotional component which allowed for more complete integration. It left me with a deep sense of calmness and grounding.
Embodied Release means to me bringing the potential for a lasting change, in my own, and another person's life. Change, that happens through the connection with sensations of the body and allowing for its impulses. I am inviting to the space in which deep release of tensions, holdings, and patterns can happen.
Being in contact with a human body, emotions, and energies gives me a sense of presence and fulfillment. I strive to bring myself into the connection in a true, authentic way while being a curious and open witness to my client’s process.
I perceive it as a way of living, which allows me for continuous exploration of myself and others while coming closer to the essence of life, consciousness, and aliveness.
For many years I have been exploring the longing to integrate areas of my education, work, passions, and social life. From the moment, when I fully committed to it, I have focused on practices that put another human in the center of attention, and allow exploring the presence, aliveness, and authenticity.
