Twice this summer, on Sunday mornings, we will meet near Vestamager metro station and venture into Kalvebod Fรฆlled. We will start with a brief moment of arrival, during which I will say a few words about the context of the meeting and guide a short meditation. Then, we will walk for around one hour with an invitation to remain in silence. Silence can help us become more receptive, present, and in intimate contact with ourselves and the world around us. It often exposes our inner voices, dialogues, and streams of thought. I want to honor all these experiences, without judging them as right or wrong. It is what it is. At some point, I will bring us to a place in the forest where I will guide a subtle breathwork practice. The breathwork we will explore comes from the school of BioDynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System. Its central piece is working with conscious circular breathing while allowing the body to move and flow with arising sensations, emotions, and energies. The practice can help establish more clarity, safety, freedom, and inner peace. Sometimes it leads to emotional or energetic release, but this is not necessary for the work to be effective. What truly matters is expanding our capacity to stay present, attentive, and allowing our sensations and inner experiences to come and go. After the breathwork, there will be time to share your experiences and connect in smaller groups. We will explore how it feels to consciously start using words again and how this affects our connection with others. From that point, probably around noon, we will transition to a free, open community hang-out. It would be nice to bring some food and snacks for yourself or to share. See you there!
