---> Sign-up to receive a zoom link <--- 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫? BioDynamic Breathwork is meant for anyone who wishes to feel less stressed, more connected to the body, or to find peacefulness in the mind. Thanks to that process, participants often experience a release of held-back emotions, loosening up tensions in the body and accessing the quality of effortless Being. It is a holistic, trauma-informed approach to healing and self-discovery. No prior experience in breathwork in required to participate. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧? This 1.5h online journey will start with guided meditation, meant to support participants to come into their presence, and connect with their internal resource and intention. An internal resource is a place in the body, which helps to establish safety within oneself and to contain more intense sensations arising during breathwork. The intention is a gentle guide, which can show a direction of unfolding experience, and support the sense-making and integration afterward. From that place, after an introduction and explanations, we will move into 45 minutes of breathwork supported by guidance and music, finishing with integration. At the end, there will be space for sharing about your experience in breakout rooms of 2-3 people. The fundamental elements of the modality which will be included during the session are: 🙏 connected breath 🙏 movement 🙏 self-touch 🙏 emotional expression 🙏 meditation 🙏music 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞? ✅ Join with a relatively empty stomach, well-hydrated and rested. Wear clothes which will not restrict your movement and prepare some water or tea nearby. ✅ Join the session from the place where you have the possibility to sit in a meditation posture, and comfortably lay down. If you live with other people let them know not to disturb you and tell them that they might hear you making sounds and that they should not worry. ✅Music is an important part of the journey, and you might want to have available good quality sound, played from the speakers not headphones. ✅There are several *contraindications for breathwork practice, I added the list of them in the booking form. Please read them through. If you have any questions reach out to me. ✅I recommend not planning any demanding activities after the journey. Give yourself time and space to integrate the experience, maybe doing some journaling, softly engaging with your body, or meditating.
