Circling and Soundscape Immersion

Opening the channels of expression. Tuning the channels of hearing and sensing. Finding the resonance on the level of connection, sounds, emotions, and spirits. We invite you for the 2.5-day's journey into the world of sound, community singing, and opening the voices woven into the space of deep presence, exploration of relationships, and group dynamics. The core practice we will introduce and explore is Circling. Circling is about bringing our presence, aliveness, and vulnerability into connection with one or more people or a whole group. Through circling, we develop sensitivity, skills to effectively communicate our internal states, needs, and boundaries to the world, and the capacity to regulate and lead ourselves in connection with others and high-intensity situations. One of the qualities that can be discovered in Circling is better attunement to one's needs, impulses, and authenticity. That attunement can also happen on the collective level of the group. To explore this aspect more deeply, we will start Circling sessions and end them with voice and communal singing practices. The emphasis will be on exploring how we can embrace collective connection through sound, reach a deep listening state, and open both our voices and hearts. 👀 𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐈 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐢𝐟 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠? Yes! This event is both suited for anyone trying circling for the first time and any experienced participant. 👀 𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐈 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐢𝐟 𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐬𝐡𝐲 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠? Certainly! I find that the group setting and gently discovering the sound provides a great safe container to discover and open your voice. 🕰️ 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 It will be within the urban area of Berlin, to ensure easy commuting. Announced soon. The immersion will start on Friday 18:00-21:00. Main program takes place on Saturday and Sunday, when we meet in the practice from 10.00 to 18.00 with breaks in between. 🖐𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐝 We (Mateusz and Karolina) have been good friends for many years, sharing a deep love for each other, and we want to bring it forth in the shape of this co-created immersion. That weekend is a synergy of love for the practices that are core in our lives: sound and singing for Karolina, Circling for Mateusz, and the closeness of our relationship.
