That is an offering meant for everyone who experiences tension in their neck, shoulders, jaws, or lower body and wants to release it through mindful self-massage. Join if you want to spend 1 hour connecting with your body in a slow, meditative manner. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧? We will start with a guided meditation, a short introduction to the technique, and move directly into self-massage. I will softly guide you on the massage strokes and on staying present with your experience while allowing your body to move, your breath to flow, and yourself to notice all arising and fading sensations and emotions. We will move slowly between various strokes and take our time to rest in between and to integrate the release. During planned sessions we will focus on different themes: ✯✯ 3.04.2023 Neck & Shoulders ___ Stress & Control ✯✯ ✯✯ 8.05.2023 Jaws & Throat ___ Anger & Self-Expression ✯✯ ✯✯ 3.07.2023 Chest & Diaphragm___ Expand your breath ✯✯ 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝? Myofascial Energetic Release (MER) This bodywork approach releases fascia (connective tissue) and muscles through slow and deep touch. The slowness and gentleness of the touch allow you to contain and relax even in the most challenging and contracted areas. Clients usually experience a reduction of pain, deep relaxation, increased body awareness, connection to emotions, and physical or emotional release. Besides slow, deep touch, it also includes elements of: ☯ Conscious breath ☯ Conscious movement ☯ Work on trigger points ☯ Release through tremors ☯ Emotional Expression 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞? ✅ Join the session from the place where you have the possibility to sit in a meditation posture or on a comfortable chair, with your feet resting on the ground. ✅ Self-massage techniques are easier to do with short nails. ✅ Prepare a cream/oil you can use, especially if you have dry skin. 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 I work with people who are committed to transforming their anxiety, tension, and sense of something missing in their lives.
