When a branch breaks off, there is persisting strong wind, or even if most of the tree cracks in two, it just keeps going in beautiful new, crooked, swirly ways, and we love them. Life is actually really hard to resist. It wants to flower. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞? The program will be structured as a shared journey for the group, starting by establishing the group field, smaller sharing groups, and a nature connection point. Gradually, we open our bodies and inner structures over the course of two days. On day three, we enter a deepening ritual journey where we establish ourselves in the ecosystem of us, the group, and the nature around us. The two following days after that will be oriented towards digesting, celebrating, integrating. Examples of the workshop blocks: Dance Portal, Circling & Exploration of Nakedness (non-sexual), BioDynamic Breathwork, Nature Sit Spot, Expanded Consciousness Journey, Forum, Sensory Activation - Bodywork Flow, Washed by the Sea Ceremony, Circling and Radical Honesty informed group check-ins, Kundalini Meditation, Sauna Massage Flow, No Talent Show, Silent Walk in Nature.
