Description

First, we create space for your tension,  stress, and pain with the tool of somatic Inquiry. It allows you to discover the roots of emotional patterns and learn how they manifest as sensations in your body. It is the first step towards finding ease, self-compassion, and acceptance.  Later, with the combination of breath, touch, and movement I help you release holding patterns and reach a deeper state of inner peace, and relaxation. We will also together reflect on your insights, and on integrating them into everyday life. Every session has its unique shape and we adjust the ratio of inquiry to bodywork, and breathwork depending on your intentions and needs. "  𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗡 The recommended process is a series of sessions happening every 1 or 2 weeks, in total from 4 up to 20 sessions, depending on the work you have done already, and the goals you want to reach.  The price of a 90min session is between 900 to 1200 dkk depending on the package.
